Maria Arellano
Maria opened Taqueria Chicago in 1996, and ever since she's been bringing Authentic Mexican food to South Bend and its Community. For nearly over 2 decades Maria has been a strong independent mexican woman running a restaurant by herself. Even though you don't see Maria as often she continues to work behind the scenes truly never letting her life's work be done.
